Practical help for the businesses that keep Australia running.

We're a Melbourne company working with trades and local service businesses: the plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners and landscapers who are flat out doing the work and don't have time for the admin around it.

Why we exist

Good businesses lose work for fixable reasons

Plenty of businesses do excellent work and still struggle to get found. Their Google profile is incomplete, their website sits on page two, and AI assistants recommend someone else.

None of that is about the quality of the work. It's about the systems around it. So we built LeadGen Engine: one subscription that covers your Google Business Profile, local SEO and how AI assistants see your business.

We work with businesses across Australia. Most of our work is done remotely, with a short check-in each month.

Our founder

Built by a business owner, for business owners.

Leadgen Services Australia was founded by Imran Mustafa, a Melbourne small business adviser with a background in B2B sales and business development across Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and South Asia.

Imran also runs Bookkeeping Services Australia, so he looks at lead generation the way an owner looks at a P&L. Every dollar you spend with us should come back as enquiries you can count.

    Fix the leaks first

    Before adding anything new, we find where customers are already slipping away: a profile with the wrong hours, listings that disagree, a website nobody can find.

    Plain English, in writing

    Plans, prices and reports are written so a busy owner can read them in five minutes. If we can't explain it simply, we shouldn't be doing it.

    Honest about what we control

    Search engines, AI products and customers make their own decisions. We focus on what's in our hands and never sell guarantees we can't keep.

    Your business stays yours

    Accounts, listings, data and content remain in your name. If you leave, your accounts and data go with you.
