Optimise your business presence
When someone looks for what you do, on Google, in a directory or by asking an AI assistant, they should find you. And what they find should make them call.

Who it's for
Built for businesses like yours
- Trades and local service businesses that win most of their work from local customers.
- Businesses whose Google profile, website and directory listings don't agree with each other.
- Owners who are good at the work but have no time to manage how the business looks online.
The problem
Customers decide in seconds
If your phone number differs across three websites, your Google profile hasn't been updated in a year and your site is slow on a phone, people ring the next business on the list.
AI assistants and AI search features work in a similar way. They draw on information that is consistent, well structured and published in places they can read. When your details are patchy, there is less for them to go on.
What we do
Concrete work, not vague promises
01
Google Business Profile
Complete and accurate categories, services, service areas, hours and photos, with regular updates so the profile stays active.
02
Consistent business details
We audit your business name, address and phone number across the major Australian directories, then fix what's wrong and fill what's missing.
03
A reviews system
An easy way to ask every happy customer for a review, plus a simple routine for replying to reviews, good and bad.
04
Website improvements
Clear service and location pages, fast loading on mobile and obvious ways to call or enquire. If you don't have a usable website, we'll tell you and recommend a lean option.
05
Structured data
Schema markup that tells search engines and AI systems who you are, what you do, where you work and how to contact you.
06
AI search readiness
Clear, factual answers to the questions customers ask, plus consistent citations, so AI assistants and features such as Google AI Overviews have accurate information to draw on.
How it works
Four steps
- Step 1
Audit
We check how you appear across Google, directories, your website and AI assistants, and give you a plain-English list of what needs fixing.
- Step 2
Fix the foundations
We correct your profile, listings and website, and add structured data. You approve anything that's published in your name.
- Step 3
Build trust
We set up your review requests and publish useful, accurate content about your services and service areas.
- Step 4
Keep it current
Each month we check your listings, keep your profile active and report on what changed.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can you get my business recommended by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Google AI Overviews?
No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Those products decide their own answers. What we do is make sure accurate, consistent, well-structured information about your business exists in the places they read. That improves your visibility and eligibility. It is not a guarantee of placement.
Do you guarantee a first-page ranking on Google?
No. Rankings depend on your location, your competitors and Google's own systems, which nobody outside Google controls. We focus on what is in your control and report on what changes.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most gains come from fixing your existing site and listings. If your site can't sensibly be fixed, or you don't have one, we'll say so and recommend what makes sense for your budget.
Who owns my Google Business Profile and listings?
You do. We work on them through manager access that you grant, and you can remove that access at any time.
How long does it take?
Profile and listing fixes are usually done in the first few weeks. How quickly search visibility changes after that varies and can't be promised. Your monthly report shows what's moving.
