LEADGEN SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 87 703 447 081) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What we collect
When you contact us or request an audit
- your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and the suburb you serve; and
- anything else you choose to tell us in your message.
When you become a client
- business contact and billing details;
- information needed to deliver the services, such as access to your Google Business Profile, website and directory listings;
- information about your customers that you ask us to handle on your behalf, such as enquiry and contact details; and
- records of our communications with you.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your name, email, the last four digits of your card and your payment status.
Website use
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to operate and secure the site. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
2. Why we collect it
- to respond to enquiries and prepare audits you request;
- to supply, manage and improve our services;
- to bill you and manage your subscription;
- to communicate with you about your account and the services; and
- to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and record-keeping.
We do not sell personal information. We will only send you marketing messages with your consent, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed with service providers who help us run our business:
- Website hosting: Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
- Payments: Stripe, which processes subscription payments.
- Email: our email service providers, including Resend, which delivers messages sent through our website forms, and the provider that hosts our business email.
- Service delivery: platforms we use to deliver services to clients, such as messaging and software providers, and Google where we manage your Business Profile.
- Professional advisers: such as our accountant or lawyers, where needed.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
4. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they or their sub-processors operate. Before disclosing personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the APPs.
5. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These include access controls, multi-factor authentication where available and limiting access to people who need it. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
6. Access and correction
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing support@leadgenservicesaustralia.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If we refuse a request, we will explain why in writing, unless it would be unreasonable to do so.
7. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at support@leadgenservicesaustralia.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
